More About The Role
Key Areas of Responsibility:
OPERATIONAL

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level, while ensuring that we meet or exceed our KPIs
• Facilitate goal-setting sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Monitor and track performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain and logistics
  

FINANCIAL

• Set targets and guide operational teams through SP (strategic Planning), AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and FC (forecast) exercises, sharing guidelines and drumbeats
• Analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings
  

CUSTOMER

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization PEOPLE
• Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain and logistics performance metrics for employees at all levels of the organization
• Develop and manage the performance team accordingly
  

Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics.
