Job Description

Sikich is seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition with 15+ years of experience to drive strategic hiring initiatives, enhance talent pipelines, and lead a driven TA team. This role focuses on aligning hiring strategies with business goals, fostering partnerships, and delivering top-tier talent solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Lead all sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in and host talent acquisition events to drive awareness about our company.
  • Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and other avenues.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • Coordinate with business schools/colleges for campus placement.
  • Measure key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Prepare annual talent acquisition budget.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual hiring targets of the firm.
  • Manage and deliver key reports and data.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including communication, application process and interview process).
  • Oversee & coordinate new job posts.
  • Engage with team members to refer potential candidates.
  • Manage resume screening process.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the TA team.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in human resources or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Managed team having 10+ team members.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of employment/labor laws.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
