Description:
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite Only).
Shift Timing: 3 PM to 11 PM IST.
International Travel: Required based on business needs.
Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years (with at least 3+ years consistent experience in one organization).
About the Role:
Silent Infotech is looking for a highly driven and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international business development efforts.
This role demands a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a proven closer in the IT services and ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in international markets for IT services and digital transformation solutions.
- Drive end-to-end international sales cycles from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to tailor service offerings to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients across the US, Europe, and other global regions.
- Represent the company in international meetings, expos, and trade events.
- Track sales activities and manage pipelines using CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent).
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations to improve sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales/business development in the IT services or software solutions domain.
- At least 3 years of consistent experience in a single organization showcasing commitment, ownership, and leadership.

- Strong experience in international client engagement, preferably across the US/Europe.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of IT solutions, ERP services, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or ERP tools like Odoo, SAP, etc.
- Willingness to work in evening shift (3 PM 11 PM IST) to align with global clients.
- Open to international travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous role as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in the IT/ERP/software industry is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of global business culture, procurement cycles, and sales ecosystems.
- Proven experience in ERP product or services sales is a major plus.
