Job Description

    Free Workshop
    As a Telecaller at our company located in Siliguri, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our products and services, as well as recording customer feedback. Your main focus will be on maintaining customer satisfaction and following up on calls to potentially convert leads into sales. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong customer service attitude and effective problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in telecalling or a related field would be advantageous, but we welcome both freshers and experienced candidates to apply for this full-time on-site role.
