Job Description
- Act as the primary expert on UAE Labour Law, ensuring all company policies, procedures, and documents are fully compliant.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities, including visa processing, labour card issuance, and cancellation through relevant government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer Centers, etc.).
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, addendums, and termination documents as per legal requirements.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date employee records as mandated by UAE regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions within the legal framework.
- Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Pension Authority) for all HR-related matters.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the company culture and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to line managers.
- Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process in coordination with finance, ensuring accuracy of overtime, leaves, and end-of-service benefits (gratuity) calculations.
- Benchmark and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Administer employee health insurance and other benefits.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and employee handbooks in line with UAE law and company objectives.
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Drive Emiratisation (localization) initiatives and ensure compliance with related quotas and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and strong company culture.
- Address employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and welfare programs.

- Gender: Male (for this specific position requirement).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Experience must be within Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
- Labour Law: In-depth, proven knowledge of UAE Federal Labour Law and its practical application. Knowledge of Sharjah-specific regulations is a plus.
- Systems Proficiency: Advanced skills in HRMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office. Experience with UAE government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, etc.) is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high ethical standards, discretion, strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
