(Active employee) We have urgent requirement for HR Generalist -6 + years Exp As discussed pls find attached JD Description*Completion of on time on boarding in SF includes sharing welcome email & important links & assist in obtaining other IT & non IT assets for WGBL Domestic Implement all HR operations related policies Drive Goal Setting - Mid Review, Yearly Appraisal , Compensation in system Launch Employee Confirmation / extension forms through SF and follow up for closure & release letters for WGBL Domestic Liasoning with external vendors (HRIS, Insurance) , Finance, Administration and IT Ensuring smooth End to End Employee Life Cycle Management Stake holder management i.e handling queries of internal stake holder Maintaining internal HR systems Letter issuance viz, bonfide, brand letter, disciplinary, service letter etc for WGBL Domestic Process Full & final settlement for all WGBL Domestic exit employees Ensure compliance on E-filing in SF Extend support as & when needed to understand employee benefits like Mediclaim, term policy, flexi pay structure Maintain data repository of all WGBL Domestic employees Proficient in understanding compliance related aspects of HR Principal Accountabilities*End to End Employee Life Cycle Management Proficient in understanding compliance related aspects of HR Onboarding & exit activities.
