Websitehttp://www.welspunflooring.com Key Accountabilities Implement sales forecasting and developing annual sales targets for Northern territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Partner with the regional Dealers in the development of key customer relationship management Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales from respective regions. Meet with Hospitality clients, Architects & Interior Designers to build and maintain relationships, negotiate sales, and engage in Pre & Post Sales engagement. Represent the company at key functions, trade fairs and industry exhibitions Negotiate and prepare trading agreements with Hoteliers in 3* / 4* & 5* Hotels Undertake market analysis and evaluation to assist in developing plans Monitor sales and gross profit results to maintain corporate objectives Manage customer complaints and develop strategies to overcome problems in customer relationships Coordinate with Internal teams and actively participate in various activities for continuous growth of the company Identify new market opportunities Other duties as required as required by the Role. Key Working Relationships Internal Contacts: NSM Head, Mid-Level Management, Project Management, Sales, Designers, Finance, Project Support Administrators, Customer Service. External Contacts: Hospitality Clients, Distributors & Dealers, Architects + Interior Designer, Purchasing Management Consultants, Installers & Team. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of progressive product specification sales experience with a strong track record of achieving key sales objectives sales budgets, growth of market share and profitability Qualifications in business, marketing or sales related discipline Demonstrated ability to build partnering relationships with customers, Experience creating and implementing successful sales strategies Experience implementing, measuring and improving sales KPIs Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in leading and developing a professional bond with all the stake holders to achieve the Organizational Goals & Objectives. Experience with commercial B2B strategies development and implementation Key Skills & Attributes: Linguistic Proficiency (Hindi / English / Local Language) is an additional advantage. Commercially astute sales, financial and business management skills Hands-on approach to sales management Highly sales results orientated Ability to analyses sales data and determine appropriate actions to improve the organizations position Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Ability to present information to small informal groups, as well as large groups Ability to understand complex commercial agreements; strong commercial negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion Good problem solving and decision-making skills Team player Competitor analysis Ability to undertake post mortems on both projects won and lost. Willing and able to work extended hours to meet deadlines Willing and able to travel domestically for work purposes Self-motivated with strong relationship management and personal drive High level of resilience able to deliver within tight deadlines Reliable and efficient Problem solving skills Good presentation and grooming Ability to work with all levels of management and staff Ability to cope with change and adapt to new situations
