Job Summary:

- We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Product Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in SaaS environments, particularly those leveraging AI for user personalization and optimization.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to assess feature effectiveness, guide product improvements, and ensure that our platform delivers a seamless, high-impact experience for customers.
- Your expertise in wireframing, A/B testing, product feature research, and competitor analysis will be critical in driving continuous product growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes for new features and user flows to communicate product concepts effectively.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
- Conduct in-depth research on new and existing product features to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear and concise documentation for new features, processes, and product updates.
- Write straightforward how-to guides and tutorials for users and internal teams.

- Analyze Gen AI results and identify ways to optimize agentic AI flows to improve customer experience and product KPIs.
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Familiarity with application-level AI and personalization features in SaaS products.
- Strong ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) and creating user flow diagrams.
- Excellent technical writing skills for documentation, user guides, and feature documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey insights to cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
