Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with strongunderstanding of B2B sales and demand generation strategies to join our dynamic sales team. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media. Strong understanding of B2B sales and demand generation strategies.
- Qualifying Leads Assess potential clients needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
- Building Relationships Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects to create business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales Team Work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Market Research Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally within the Life Sciences industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejections.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- A proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
