Creative Copywriter

About The Role
¡We are currently looking for an experienced Creative copywriter to craft engaging texts in Spanish and English. A professional who loves writing and researching data to support initiatives that promote company awareness with the ultimate goal of generating demand. Strong ability to synthesize information is a must. The Content Specialist is responsible for the production and management of a variety of internal and customer-facing content at Simetrik. The main goal of this role is to support the entire Marketing team through content creation.
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or public relations.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in communications, journalism, copywriting, research.
• Great writing skills: excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation skills, both in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus!)
• Creative with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand concepts and create analogies.
• Strong ability to synthesize information.
• Focus on integrating relevant market and industry data as well as strong call to actions content creation.
• The ability to work on more than one project at once.
  
• Previous experience working with B2B technology companies, including startups and fintech.
• Comfortable working online, collaborating with remote team members.
• Spanish (Native).
• English (B2 minimum). C1 is a plus.
  

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and production of content that is presented throughout the customer journey.
• Content creation for blogs, campaigns, emails, social media posts, customer and internal presentations, one pagers, always focusing on Simetrik’s messaging and positioning.
• Work closely with customer support teams (sales, customer experience, partners) to understand how our customers consume content, and address any identified pain points.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies

• Experience in B2B technology vocabulary.
• Knowledge in the financial industry.
• Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
