Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with experience in software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of technology services, and a proactive approach toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition for software services.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand their business needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and introductory decks with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Stay updated with current technology trends, industry practices, and market dynamics.
  • Meet assigned targets and contribute to the overall business growth objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in software services / IT sales or business development.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the international market and global client expectations.
  • Awareness of current technology trends and IT services.
  • Good sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
