Role Overview:

We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in AI and Machine Learning to lead and design enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role requires expertise in Generative AI, Data Science, and MLOps, along with a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Design:
  
  Architect complex AI solutions with layered AI services, logic, and data readiness practices, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
• MLOps Leadership: Implement and promote MLOps best practices for scalable, efficient AI/ML workflows.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead AI engineers, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.
• Collaboration: Translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in AI to foster team and organizational growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing ML-powered services and algorithms.
• Proven track record of building enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs and tools like LangChain, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and Haystack.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, R, and diverse ML algorithms.
• Familiarity with AWS ML stack (e.g., SageMaker Jumpstart/Canvas, Bedrock).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
