Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-orientedMarketing Assistantto support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role ensures marketing initiatives are delivered with quality, consistency, and timeliness aligned with strategic objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Execution

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Support content marketing initiatives (weekly news alerts, monthly webinars, blogs)
• Follow brand message frameworks, terminology, and visual standards
• Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales support assets
• Support the centralized marketing calendar (email, social, blog, white papers)

Digital Channel Support

• Email marketing execution
• 
  Website content posting (CMS, preferably WordPress)
• Social media publishing and monitoring
• Webinar coordination
• CRM updates and reporting (HubSpot or similar)

Qualifications

• Over 3 years in marketing, consulting, or agency environment
• Experience inB2B marketing
• Market research and analytics exposure preferred
• Graphic design experience (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Non-Negotiables

• High English language proficiency
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
