About The Gig
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Accounts & Finance to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and Profit & Loss analysis. This role will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, cost control, and insightful P&L reviews to support business profitability and leadership decision-making.
What Youll Do
Accounting & Finance

• Maintain complete books of accounts including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and statutory records
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Manage invoices, vendor payments, customer receipts, and expense accounting

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
  

P&L & Financial Analysis

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly P&L statements
• Track cost centers, margins, and variances against approved budgets
• Monitor operating expenses and recommend cost-optimization initiatives
• Support pricing, product costing, and margin analysis
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning
  

Reporting & Financial Controls

• Prepare MIS and management reports for periodic reviews
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline
• Provide actionable financial insights to support leadership and cross-functional teams
  

What You Bring

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts & P&L management
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Infor ERP
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Experience with ERP systems such as Tally / SAP (in addition to Infor)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Solid knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset with strict adherence to confidentiality.
