About The Gig
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, creating effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
What Youll Do

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Draft job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
  

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or PGDM in HR preferred
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
• MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred
