Business Development Associate B2C (US Market)
Individual Contributor Role
Permanent Night Shift
Work From Office: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Joining Date: 10th February (Immediate Joiners Only)
Who Can Apply
Freshers or candidates with 6 months 1 year of Inside Sales experience
Excellent English communication is mandatory
Bachelors degree completed
Final-year / pursuing students are not eligible
Candidates currently based in Bangalore only
Face-to-Face Interviews only (No virtual interviews)
Compensation & Benefits
Freshers: 25,410/month (fixed take-home)
6 months 1 year experience: 29,900/month (fixed take-home)
Attractive performance-based incentives
Fixed + Variable pay structure
Night Shift Allowance: 5,000/month (after completing 4 months in night shift)
