About the Role

We are looking for Finance Intern who can support our finance and accounting team in key business and financial processes. This role is ideal for a CA student pursuing their final year of articleship or someone looking for short-term exposure before completing their qualification. Compensation: 30k/month Duration: 10–12 months as per curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work on management reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Help in process documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights for business decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial inputs and reconciliations.

Qualifications

Pursuing CA (Final) – eligible for Industrial Training.

Required Skills

• Pursuing CA (Final) – eligible for Industrial Training.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting tools (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Industrial training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
