Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Business Officer located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Business Officer will oversee strategic business initiatives, drive business development, and manage finance and consulting activities. Responsibilities include leading management consulting efforts, developing business strategies, performing financial analysis, and fostering cross-team collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Growing Routes to market, New and Existing customers and Services with the focus on agreed Revenue Targets (e.g. Revenue) and customer success ( e.g. ROI)
2. Industry Solutions Strategy and Execution
3. Business and Investor Development

4. Advising Product Development

5. Strategic management roles as agreed with the CEO

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Finance and Business Development
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or relevant technology sectors is beneficial
• MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred
