Role Description

Job Title: Video Editor

Location: Remote

Shift: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook

• Create high-retention, scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks
• Use AI content creation tools to improve workflow, add AI-generated footage, and enhance visuals and storytelling
• Perform green screen edits, masking, keying, and polish raw footage
• Edit UGC content, testimonials, and Meta + YouTube ad creatives
• Craft clean pacing, strong structure, smooth transitions, and compelling storytelling
• Collaborate with the creative team to build impactful social media assets
• Stay updated with new video editing trends and incorporate them into content
• Maintain brand consistency across all video edits

Requirements:

  Get Hired
  Minimum 23 years of solid video editing experience
• Comfortable working with fast turnaround times
• Strong social-first editing mindset (short-form + long-form content)
• Good understanding of Meta and YouTube ad creatives, hooks, pacing, and retention strategies
• Knowledge of AI tools for smarter and more efficient editing
• Creative, innovative, reliable, and passionate about making engaging social content
