Job Description
- As the Associate-Presales Legal - Demo Services at Sirion, the world's leading AI-native CLM platform, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal and compliance efforts, particularly in the context of Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and assisting the organization in navigating legal and regulatory risks associated with emerging AI technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy laws, support internal process audits, and contribute to policy development. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals with a legal background and a keen interest in technology, ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Assisting in legal analysis related to AI model usage and data privacy.
- Supporting internal process evaluations in the context of GenAI outputs.
- Staying informed on GenAI-related laws, ethics, and compliance standards.
- Conducting legal research on regulatory developments and precedents.
- Collaborating with business and tech teams on policy and risk.
- Ensuring organizational compliance with statutory requirements.
- Helping draft internal legal policies around data and AI use.
- Liaising with external legal advisors as needed.
- Maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- An LLB from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal support.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and related risks.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and provide actionable insights.
- Exposure to QA/QC.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
