JOB TITLE: Internal Auditor
- Purpose of the role:
Responsibilities
- Plan the audits based on risk assessment, management inputs, etc.
- Define the internal audit scope for each audit to be conducted and get it approved from the Global Head- Internal Audit
- Coordinate and drive audits performed by external Audit firms and perform certain audits (planned by Global Head - Internal Audit), to assess the process effectiveness, reporting reliability and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
- Prepare audit reports for the Audit committee, for inhouse audits.
- Give recommendations to operations for mitigating risks observed.
- Ensure Maintenance and updating of database for audit observations, audit reports, etc.
- Conduct Investigations for whistle blow complaints assigned by the Global Head - Internal Audit and submit investigation report relating to the same.
- Metrics
- Delivery: Completion of audit plan.
- Delivery: Completion of assigned Investigations.
- Productivity/efficiency: Timely issue of audit reports for the AC presentation.
- Productivity/efficiency: Smooth co-ordination with external firms for completion of audits as per audit plan.
- Competencies
- Ability to assess risks in processes and problem solving.
- Analytical Thinking
- Data analytics capabilities in Digital Analytics tools required.

- Candidate Profile:
- Degree in finance - CA or CMA is a must. Additional CIA certification is preferred
- Data analytics experience in Analytics tools like ACL required.
