Skaya manages end-to-end logistics, ensuring seamless, experiential travel for both creators and travelers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon at Skaya. The Business Development Executive will focus on driving revenue growth while working closely with creators and internal teams.
- Own and manage assigned trip categories
- Drive and achieve sales targets
- Thinking on feet, and upselling
- Work on revenue growth by optimising trip offerings and conversions
- Understand traveler needs and clearly communicate trip value
- Handle objections and ensure a smooth booking experience
- Collaborate closely with creators, marketing, operations, and customer support teams
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work towards clear booking and revenue targets
- Comfort handling calls, follow-ups, and lead conversations

- Experience in business development, customer conversion, or travel sales
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting
- Interest in travel, creators, and experiential communities
- Experience: 12 years (Executive) and 4-5 years (Manager)
