Job Description

    As the Assistant Sales Manager - Distribution Channel at Skep IT Systems spearheading recruitment for Power Boat (Lumina Ecosole India Pvt. Ltd.), you will play a crucial role in advancing clean and sustainable energy solutions across India. Our company specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality lithium battery packs and solar products with the vision to drive the renewable energy transition. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual to join our team and drive the growth of our distribution channel.
    Your primary responsibilities will include executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expanding the distribution network, and fostering a high-performance culture in your region. You will need to identify potential markets, onboard new distributors, monitor market demand, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure profitability. Additionally, conducting sales reviews, driving distributor engagement through training and incentives, and analyzing market trends will be key aspects of your role.
    To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Understanding distribution models, retail ecosystems, and FMCG or consumer durables markets will be essential for success. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Excel to make data-driven decisions, along with the ability to adapt to market changes and lead teams to success, are also required skills.
    Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and have 4-7 years of sales experience in a distribution-driven role. Managing multi-tiered distribution networks and a willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories are also crucial qualifications for this position.
