Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation.

What you will do: You will work closely with senior team members, conducting research and analysis on target companies.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation of target companies.
• Prepare presentations and other marketing materials for potential buyers and sellers.
• Assist in the negotiation and execution of merger and acquisition transactions.
• 
  Conduct industry research and market analysis.
• Support due diligence efforts, including financial, operational, and legal review.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes.
