Investment Banking Associate – Debt Advisory

What role you will play in team: You’ll be a key member of the debt advisory team, working with senior bankers to advise clients on raising debt financing.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, develop debt financing strategies, and manage the due diligence process for debt transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of companies
• Developing debt financing strategies for clients
• Preparing marketing materials and presentations to lenders
• Managing the due diligence process for debt transactions
  
• Negotiating with lenders
• Assisting in the execution of debt financings

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Masters in Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
