Customer Service Representative - Lending

What role you will play in team: You'll be the first point of contact for our lending customers, providing excellent service and support.

What you will do: You'll answer customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibility:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide information on loan products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• 
  Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
