About the role
We are seeking a proactive Program Manager. This role will involve overseeing end-to-end program delivery, managing trainers and operations, ensuring smooth candidate experience, and aligning outcomes with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong program management skills, operational expertise, effective stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor program progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and manage the German Language Training vertical for nurses, ensuring quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of training programs - from planning, scheduling, and trainer coordination to candidate onboarding and assessments.
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor program outcomes (enrollments, completion rates, placement readiness) and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes for efficiency.
- Provide regular reports to leadership.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience in tracking KPIs and outcomes.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Education, Operations, or related field.
