Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Strata Management team in Australia. You will manage day-to-day office tasks, prepare financial reports, and handle accounting operations using Strata Master software.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office duties (answering calls, emails, filing, data entry).
- Prepare invoices, receipts, statements, and notices for clients.
- Maintain and update accounting records.
- Reconcile bank transactions, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with clients on administrative matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or strata management.
- Knowledge of Australian strata legislation is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and Strata Master.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
