We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Developer to join our team and contribute to developing cutting-edge AI agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, web development, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications that integrate AI agents into our products.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
  
• Develop and maintain backend services using popular and most current Python frameworks.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and/or any other methods.
• Integrate and deploy AI into web applications.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store and retrieve data.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between the frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to understand and implement AI agent functionalities.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI agent performance.
• Utilize vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of embeddings.
• Work with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) to build complex agent workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Or equivalent skills

• Proven experience as a Python Automation Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant web frameworks.
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular or any other).
• Familiarity with using Python libraries, frameworks and relevant open-source projects.
• Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building AI agents.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of vector databases.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
