• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counselor to join our team in Laxmi Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, briefing students about our Digital Marketing and Data Science courses, and generating walk-ins for the admission counseling team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to prospective students and leads.
• Explain Digital Marketing
  
  and Data Science courses in detail over calls.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses accordingly.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Generate monthly walk-ins (Target: 10–15 walk-ins per month).
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with the Admission Counselor Team for further conversion and enrollment processes.
• Handle student queries related to courses, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support (education industry preferred).
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
