Wealth Manager - Private Banking

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Wealth Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and affluent clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients financial goals, providing suitable investment solutions, managing portfolios, and driving business growth while ensuring a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with HNI/UHNI and affluent clients.

- Understand clients financial objectives, risk appetite, investment horizon, and liquidity requirements.
- Provide customized wealth management and investment solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Advise clients across products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Income, Insurance, Structured Products, Equities, and other investment products.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide periodic reviews and recommendations.
- Acquire new clients through references, networking, existing relationships, and business development activities.
- Increase AUM, revenue, client wallet share, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as investment advisory, product, operations, compliance, and research.
- Ensure all client transactions and recommendations comply with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records, KYC documentation, and portfolio information.
- Track market developments and communicate relevant investment opportunities and market updates to clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and investment reviews.
