Job Description
- Responsible for all legal activities carried out by company in entire Region, Providing legal support to all Area Offices across multiple Branches of Region in their day to day transaction.
- Responsible for achieving monthly target of Shortfall Collection of Region.
- Representing, defending and handling all high value and sensitive matters before High Court, Consumer Forum & Commission, DRT & State Commission and Quashi Judicial Authority i.e. Police, CBI, and ED.
- Initiate and monitor proper Legal action against default customer i.e. Lodging FIR, Complaint Case, Cheque Bouncing Cases and Execution Petition for recovering company due amount from customers.
- Lead recovery team in reposing vehicle through Pre -Seizure Notice, Section 9 & 17 order of Arbitration Act, Arranging Police help wherever required. Liasoning with Police and Government official regularly
- Finalizing the drafts of various Applications/Petitions/claim/Written Statement/Reply/Notices/Demand Notices/FIRs.
- Conducting legal audit and legal cum compliance training at all branches.
- Provide legal opinion on opening new branch, drafting lease agreement and registering the same with concern sub-registrar office.

- Providing legal support to HR and Infrastructure team as and when required.
- Handling teams of Regional Legal Managers and Area legal Managers
- Empanelment of new Advocates wherever requires.
