Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Management and HR policy initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR Policy formulation , performance management , including driving Learning & development , OD and organisational effectiveness . You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, to caoch and provide guidance and support as a Centre of Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Use New age digital learning tools to drive learning agility and prepare future ready workforce for the organisation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Drive the DEI initiatives and agenda
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR metrics and reporting.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities especially future ready work force, talent management and succession planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of L&D and OD function
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
