Job Description
- The Senior IT Support Engineer (Oracle NetSuite) position based in Mumbai is a full-time role that requires an immediate start. As a Switzerland-based solution provider for luxury watch and jewelry brands, our organization is dedicated to leveraging innovative technologies to streamline business operations and deliver transformative solutions. We focus on optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, fostering innovation, and driving business excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Oracle NetSuite. Working closely with end-users and cross-functional teams, you will ensure smooth business operations, resolve complex IT issues, and enhance system performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to global projects, support critical business applications, and ensure operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining business applications, providing expert-level technical support to end users, conducting training sessions, managing IT service requests, collaborating with development teams and external partners, assisting with operations handover, providing on-call support for critical incidents, prioritizing support tickets, troubleshooting complex technical issues, reporting service status and key insights, ensuring security and compliance measures are in place, participating in IT projects, monitoring system performance, and proactively addressing potential issues.
The required technical skills for this role include fluency in English, at least 3 years of specialized experience with Oracle NetSuite, 6-8 years of IT end-user support experience, knowledge of IT infrastructure, problem-solving skills, cybersecurity best practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.

Preferred qualifications include experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud Development, Oracle NetSuite certifications, industry-recognized certifications, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced in IT support, a technical problem solver, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and proactive.
