Lead /Manager - Business Analyst

About the role

This position will be responsible for driving Financial Performance of digital business of Mobility Solutions, by creating various Key Performance Indicators and building reports to highlight Business Performance, both financially and operationally. If you are proficient in the areas of Costing, Budgeting and Analyzing Different Pricing Strategies and have strong understanding of Unit Cost Economics of running a digital platform business, then, this might be a role which you would like to read further in detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Identifying & Evaluating critical factors impacting Business Models including pricing decisions for various digital solution offerings and develop the financial models for the same.

You will be responsible to Develop Pricing Strategies (pay per use, differential pricing, etc.), and provide recommendations on Customer & Product pricing across various digital offerings under Mobility Solutions business of Bosch.

You will use Customer Acquisition Costing & Life Time Value Computation (CAC vs. LTV) for decision making for customer acquisitions and evaluating RFQ’s for customer pricing decisions.

You will be responsible for developing & monitoring of business related KPI’s Including Unit Cost Economics (viz. PaaS, SaaS and other platform metrics) for various digital business verticals of mobility business.

You will be responsible for Evaluation of Investment Decisions for customer acquisition across various digital businesses & co-ordination for performing financial due diligence and valuation of potential targets for strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for Tracking Actual Revenue & Spending (from SAP) and for analyzing the Financial Health & Operational Performance horizontally across various digital mobility businesses.

You will be responsible for providing Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports on a timely basis to key stakeholders by leveraging digital tools (viz. Power BI, Analytics, etc.) for business performance reporting, including dashboard of key metrics related to digital business.

You will be responsible to prepare Reliable Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Forecasts of revenue and costs in close collaboration with various digital mobility verticals and Steer the Business towards target achievement.

You will be responsible for Developing Long Term Financial Projections based on the growth plan of mobility solutions business and Preparation of Yearly Business Plan with close interaction with relevant stakeholders by identifying the key drivers of business.

You will also be responsible for Cash Flow Management, including working capital (payables and receivables).

An Ideal Candidate Should have

Ideal candidates should have around 8 - 10+ Yrs of experience as a business analyst in a digital business in a Startup or MNC.

Should be a CA/ICMA and have strong understanding of concepts related to unit cost economics of running a digital business.

Should have proven experience of Evaluating Various Business Models, including pricing strategies for providing useful business insights for decision making.

Should have proven experience of Crunching Large Amounts of Data into meaningful insights to drive business decisions in a Digital Environment.

Should have proven experience of Financial Reporting across multiple business units, drive process improvements via automations and build consistency in reporting.

Should have very good Analytical, Reporting & Presentation Skills. Exposure to Working in a SAP Environment is desirable
