Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Overseeing the company's fiscal activities including planning, budgeting, and financial
- Working closely with Sales/Operations/Supply Chain team to ensure delivery of agreed
- To work with Business team in evaluation of monthly financial result, identify the reason
- Forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
- Statutory Compliances
- Ensure timely compliance of all statutory and regulatory authorities
- Monitoring GST Returns - GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and Annual return in 9/9C; ensure
Ledger
- Monitoring TDS compliance: deduction and monthly payment. Ensure timely preparation
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing
- Tax planning and implementing tax efficiencies
- Financial Reporting
- Group Reporting as per Group calender; Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue
management
- Monitor reconciliation of Account Receivable and Accounts Payable including ageing
- Audits and Books Closure
- Completion of Limited Review
- Ensure timely completion of Audit - Statutory Audit and Internal Audit
- Ensure hygiene of accounting processes.
- Treasury and Banking
Key Skills
- Exposure to ERP System (SAP / Navision/ any other equivalent ERP)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Must have worked at GM or VP or CFO level
- Well versed with accounting standards and tax regulation
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is

- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Attention to details and drawing conclusions from large data are critical capabilities.
- Commerce Graduate with CA .(ICWA &ICS are additionally preferred)
15+ Years of experience in accounting for any MNC (preferably Chemical and Engineering
company)
