Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to build and scale bank-led distribution across POS and E-commerce acquiring. This role will focus on driving merchant acquisition, GMV growth, and profitable revenue through strong banking partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale partnerships with PSU & private sector banks across POS and Payment Gateway (PG)
- Drive merchant acquisition, POS deployments, GMV, and revenue across offline & online channels
- Lead RFPs, large mandates, and strategic deals in acquiring business
- Structure commercials (MDR, pricing, revenue share) with a focus on profitability
- Manage CXO-level relationships with partner banks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution (POS, PG integrations, settlements)
What We're Looking For?
- 5-8 years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking alliances
- Strong exposure to POS acquiring & Payment Gateway ecosystems
- Proven experience in managing bank partnerships and enterprise deals
- Strong commercial acumen (MDR, pricing, revenue models)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
