Job Title: Business & Planning Manager - Product & Strategy
Location: Mumbai, MH
Experience: 10+ Years
Industry Preference: GI, Motor & health insurance
Roles & Responsibilities :
Business Planning & Strategy: Drive AOP, quarterly/monthly planning, portfolio mix, growth and profitability targets across Retail LOBs.
Business Performance: Track topline, bottomline, Loss Ratio, Combined Ratio, OPEX and identify performance gaps.
Cross-Functional Optimization: Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims and Operations to improve profitability, cost efficiency and TATs.
Distribution Management: Monitor channel-wise performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions across Agency, Bancassurance, Digital, Direct, Brokers and Alliances.
Business Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, conduct business deep-dives and prepare MBR/QBR reports for senior management.
