Strategy and New Business Development :

- Define the Strategic Road map.

- Scout the market for new opportunities in which organization can invest as a business.
- Ensure integrated Business planning & analysis to support the growth aspirations of the business by aligning the effort of all the functions.
- For key opportunities, develop business plan and present it to the committee with details like market size, targeted market share, ROCE and risks.
- Present the opportunities to the G. CEO and the relevant committees and ensure decisions on the same.
- For shortlisted opportunities :
i. Ensure to complete due diligence before making final decisions.
ii. Identify government approvals required.
iii. Create a detailed handover plan for business.
- Approval on the strategic roadmap.
- Achievement on the growth agenda of the strategic roadmap.
- Number of new partnerships/opportunities identified.
- Opportunity Conversion Rate.
- Revenues from New opportunities.
- Compliance with timelines on projects accepted for handover.
- Actual returns vs projected IRR (Rate of Rate on Investment) vs Plan.
Growth Strategy & Market Visibility :

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align brand positioning with business growth priorities across all markets.
- Provide strategic inputs to ensure marketing campaigns, PR activities, and digital communication support generation and expansion goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints and business units.
- Partner with marketing agencies and internal teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for market penetration.
- Support development of market visibility initiatives-industry events, conferences, and community-level engagements-to strengthen brand presence in target regions.
- Consistence in brand display across the group.

Project Management :
- Define Project operations roadmap.
- Ensure Project cost, quality, timelines and safety requirements are met across projects.
- Ensure financial management for all projects.
- Effective risk mitigation on Projects.

Business Relations :
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, industry bodies, institutions, and government stakeholders to enable business expansion.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop alliances that support market entry, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and corporate functions to ensure compliance and smooth execution of business agreements.
- Monitor regulatory or policy changes impacting business growth and proactively develop response strategies.
- Timely approvals as per plan across areas.
- Zero work stoppage due to issues related to Corp Affairs.
Team Management :
- Identify the competencies and sourcing strategy to build a team to run the agenda of Strategy, BD, Marketing, Projects & Corporate Affairs.
- Maintain effective relationships with leaders within the function ensure teamwork with related functions.
- Ensure motivation and engagement of key resources in the team.

Relevant and Total Years of Experience :
- Have around 20 years of total work experience.
- Have led a green field project/ created a new business category / introduced a new product in market successfully.
- Experience of setting projects in varied geographies (local / global).
- Have managed a P&L as a Business Unit head for at-least 5 years.
- Have done institutional business development with clients across public sector, private sector and govt bodies.

- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizations mission and objectives.

- Focus on driving expansion efforts across various fronts, including strategy, business development, marketing, projects, and corporate affairs.
