Full job description

• Drive results in the US Non-IT Staffing Division.
• Perform end-to-end client acquisition and management.
• Utilize tools like CRM and ATS effectively.
• Consistently meet a $40,000 monthly revenue target.
• Showcase exceptional communication skills for building relationships, negotiating, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prospect, propose, negotiate, and close deals.
• Independently acquire and manage client accounts.
  
• Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters to achieve targets.
• Should have prior relationships with USA Clients/Tier 1 with a consistent track record of placements with them.
• Conduct cold calling and lead generation in the USA and Europe.
• Build accounts for contractor staffing needs and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain strong LinkedIn connections and a professional social media presence.
• Communicate effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 3-5 years in business development or account management in the US market.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to independently acquire clients.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelors degree (MBA is a plus).
• Have your own Windows 10/11 PC/laptop and minimum 50MBS Internet.
