Research Analyst Job description:

LOCATION: REMOTE - work in EST time zone USA. 9:00AM to 6PM EST Mon-Fri.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within US commercial sectors.
• Generate leads through various sources, including online databases, job boards, social media, company websites, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain an accurate and updated database of prospective clients and hiring managers.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other lead generation platforms to extract relevant information.
• Analyze market trends and hiring patterns to provide insights that support business development strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality lead handoff and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed reports of lead generation activities and provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
• Perform competitive analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• In depth knowledge and experience with various commercial industries.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in research, lead generation, or market analysis in US staffing or recruitment.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
• Excellent internet research skills and ability to analyze large datasets for targeted lead extraction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the US job market and commercial hiring trends.
• Required extensive experience working with different industries and Job titles.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Has a fast dedicated laptop/PC I5/I7+, 8GB Ram, Windows 10/11 (licensed and activated), MS Office 2013 + (working copy). (I3 only considered with SSD drive and 8GB ram) Lease option available for initial months till you get laptop/PC.
• Quiet home office with no distractions
• Have at least 2 years experience working from home successfully during EST hours
• Minimum dedicated fast cable internet 50MB+ (must be fiber or cable)
