About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilledAI Engineerwith a strong background in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and hands-on experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a key role in developing, customizing, and deploying advanced language models, leveraging cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud (GCP) to build scalable and efficient AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, Falcon) for specific tasks and domains.
• Design and implement ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve them iteratively.
• Preprocess and manage large-scale textual datasets for training and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in LLMs, NLP, and ML research.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in ML and NLP projects.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT, and DeepSpeed.

• Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, spaCy, etc.
• Proficiency in using AWS (e.g., S3, EC2, SageMaker) or GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, Compute Engine, GCS) for model training and deployment.
• Experience working with text embeddings, tokenization strategies, prompt engineering, and custom dataset creation.
• Familiarity with model evaluation, explainability techniques, and bias/fairness considerations in NLP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with distributed training and optimization (e.g., using FSDP, DeepSpeed).
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.
