Job Description
- As an IT Desktop Support Engineer based in Noida on a full-time contract with rotational shifts, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software troubleshooting support. Your role will involve handling IT infrastructure field support activities such as diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues while ensuring compliance with hardware warranties and security requirements.
Your day-to-day tasks will include installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals. In addition to this, you should possess a basic understanding of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and be capable of executing smart hand activities as per site instructions. The role may also require you to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in desk-side support, PC break/fix procedures, and basic Windows OS administration. Familiarity with anti-spyware and anti-virus software will be beneficial in this position.
