Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated LinkedIn Sales Specialist who can generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn and other outreach methods. The ideal candidate should have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, building prospect lists, and initiating conversations with decision-makers to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential clients
  • Generate qualified B2B leads for IT services
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn and email campaigns
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Book appointments or meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain lead data and activity records in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support conversion opportunities

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach messages
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification
  • Experience with email outreach or email marketing tools is a plus
  • Ability to research companies and decision-makers
