The primary responsibility of an HR recruiter is to hire the most suitable employees for the

new job positions of the organization and to retain them tactfully. It is the job of the HR

recruiter to fulfill the companys open positions. Recruiters will increasingly serve as the

bridge between a companys hiring needs and the right candidate. Expected Qualities

Job Role

Step 1: Identify the hiring needs of clients.

Step 2: Read and understand the job descriptions sent by clients.

Step 3: Devise your recruitment strategy with team.

Step 4: Source the right candidates from portals & from other sources.

Step 5: Screen and shortlist candidates.

Step 6: Complete Interview Process by calling the candidates.

Step 7: Schedule candidates according to the clients interview timings.

Step 8: Follow-up with candidates until they join the client company.

Step 9: Update candidates details in the CRM tracker.

Step 10: Ensure that the candidates stay in the job.
