Assistant Vice President - Brand Lead - Beauty Products

Own and drive the overall India brand strategy and annual business plan for Brand across all channels, including e-commerce, retail stores and Brand EBOs.
- Drive top-line revenue, profitability and overall commercial performance, including assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, launches and distribution.
- Develop and execute the brand and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on awareness, desirability, consideration, consumer acquisition and long-term brand equity.
- Translate global brand priorities into locally relevant consumer, communication and activation strategies for India.
- Lead the omnichannel growth agenda, with a clear understanding of how to build the brand and drive growth across e-commerce and physical retail.

- Partner closely with commercial, retail, e-commerce, supply chain, planning, VM, finance and operations teams to deliver the overall brand strategy.
- Drive new product and franchise launches, from go-to-market strategy through to marketing and commercial delivery.
- Own consumer and category understanding, identifying trends, competitive movements, whitespace opportunities and growth levers.
- Oversee the retail experience and visual merchandising agenda, ensuring the physical expression of the brand is consistent with brand's global identity.
Experience & Education:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing or category leadership.
- Proven experience in building and scaling brands, with demonstrated ownership of brand and business outcomes.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in beauty.
- Experience in brand-led organisations, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling consumer brands.
- MBA / Postgraduate degree from a leading Tier 1 business school preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and consumer understanding.
