Manager - ECommerce - D2C Industry

We are looking for a highly driven & strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business with end-to-end ownership of website sales, digital performance & customer growth.
This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, performance marketing expertise, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Ownership: Drive overall website revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Performance Marketing: Work with internal teams & external agencies to drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google & affiliate channels with strong focus on ROAS, CAC & growth metrics.
- Analytics & Platform Management: Monitor and optimize website performance using Shopify analytics, conversion funnels & performance dashboards.
- Retention & CRM: Build and execute CRM, loyalty & retention initiatives to maximize LTV and repeat customer growth.
- Partnership Management: Manage relationships with payment partners, affiliates & external vendors to strengthen the customer journey and unlock new growth channels.
- Customer Experience: Oversee post-purchase experience including customer care, returns, exchanges & communication.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, supply chain & customer support teams to ensure seamless D2C execution.
- Inventory & Website Planning: Work with merchandising & supply teams on inventory management, promotional calendars & sell-through optimization.
Preferred Background:

- 3-5 years of experience in D2C Ecommerce / Performance Marketing / Website Management
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads & analytics tools
- Experience handling agency relationships & external partnerships
- Proven track record of scaling website sales & improving conversion metrics
- Strong leadership, collaboration & project management skills
