Email-first Retention & Lifecycle Strategist (Remote Job)
Experience: 3-8 Years | D2C/E-commerce Preferred
The ideal candidate should have experience in :
- CRM strategy
- Retention strategy
- Lifecycle management
- Email marketing

- Customer engagement channels/tools
- Strong communication skills, business strategy exposure, and hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools are considered important.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end email lifecycle campaigns - onboarding, retention, reactivation
- Build and optimize automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, replenishment
- Drive campaign planning aligned with launches, promotions & seasonal events
- Improve segmentation, personalization, deliverability & inbox placement
- Run A/B tests to improve Open Rate, CTR & conversions
- Analyze cohort performance and email-attributed revenue
- Collaborate with growth, content & design teams for CRM campaigns
- Integrate email journeys with SMS, WhatsApp & Push notifications
Key Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo/Braze or similar CRM tools
- Strong understanding of email deliverability & sender reputation
- Expertise in lifecycle marketing, segmentation & dynamic content
- Data-driven mindset with strong campaign analytics experience
