Marketing Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

Were looking for someone who can own marketing growth while also managing day-to-day operations of the brand. This role blends performance marketing, influencer collaborations, campaign execution, platform management, and operational coordination. Youll work closely with the founders to drive revenue while ensuring smooth backend execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, and funnels
• Coordinate email, WhatsApp, and paid campaigns (Meta/Google)
• Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, AOV, and retention metrics
• Continuously test and improve performance

2. Influencer & Instagram Management

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers
• Negotiate barter and paid collaborations
• Manage deliverables, contracts, posting timelines
• Track engagement, traffic, and sales attribution
• Build long-term creator relationships
• Oversee Instagram growth strategy and content calendar

3. Campaign Planning

• Conceptualize monthly campaign themes and drops
• Align launches with inventory and production timelines
• Coordinate creatives with designers/photographers
• Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years in D2C marketing, growth, or operations roles
• Strong understanding of Instagram and influencer marketing
• Experience with paid ads and performance tracking
• Comfortable handling both strategy and execution
• Strong ownership mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
