Venture Capital Associate

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for supporting the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in early-stage companies.

What you will do: You'll conduct due diligence, build financial models, and assist in deal structuring and negotiations.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities
• Conducting due diligence on target companies
• Building financial models and valuations
• Preparing investment memos and presentations
• 
  Participating in deal negotiations and structuring
• Monitoring portfolio company performance

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institution
• 2-4 years experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with investment databases
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem
